Rehabilitation
and reconstruction in MyanmarAMURT & AMURTEL’s representatives in Myanmar (Burma) were in Yangon when massive Cyclone Nargis hit and were able to immediately initiate relief activities. The distribution of basic food items started within days after the disaster.
Currently the focus is on
building schools, Child-Friendly Spaces as well as building
housing for needy families.
