Elle se donne pour tâche essentielle de promouvoir le service social en mobilisant les ressources humaines, matérielles et financières afin d'apporter un soutien aux nécessiteux par la nourriture, les soins médicaux, les habits, le logement et l'éducation.

AMURTEL has been active in Congo since 1975.

We were one of the few international NGOs (Non-Government Organi-sations) which maintained a presence in Congo during the horrific civil war in 1997.

When the civil war drew to an end, we started one of the first shelters for the many abandonned and orphaned children, whose parents had either been killed or disappeared.
